I understand that the HS Outlook Integration exists and generally speaking works. However my Sales team has a broad set and ever changing communication channels that is not Sales or CRM related and still outside our company domain.
What other possibilities exist to integrate a selective email thread with HS without allowing HS to take all the traffic except the exclusion list. How about a “listener” email that feedback HS and can be put on BCC?
