How can I be selective of the emails from outlook that go to hub spot

Currently every email i send goes to hubspot. Even not prospectlead accounts. How can I make copy to hubspot (on my command) versus automatic?

Hi @JRGies

HubSpot tracks emails using a BCC’d email address. If you see that email in the BCC field you know that it’ll get pulled in.

Do you have the add-on in your outlook? You should be able to uncheck or check the box to let it know which emails to track. Here’s the link to the knowledge base article for your reference:
