Hello everyone,
I'm writing to you here because I can't find a solution for integrating my hubspot form (created with the CRM) into my wordpress site (made without a template, fromscratch).
I added the script transmitted by hubspot in the HTML code of my site:
<!--[if lte IE 8]>
<script charset="utf-8" type="text/javascript" src="//js.hsforms.net/forms/v2-legacy.js"></script>
<![endif]-->
<script charset="utf-8" type="text/javascript" src="//js.hsforms.net/forms/v2.js"></script>
<script>
hbspt.forms.create({
region: "na1",
portalId: "example",
Form ID: "example"
});
</script>
The form is displayed correctly, no problem for the viewer.
The problem I encounter is that once the integration of this form is done, it adds a DOM element to the DOM of my web page and suddenly it blocks the scrolling and scrolling of the web page as soon as I interact with the form. Once outside the form area, no more problems (see video).
Would you have a solution? Have you encountered this problem before?
Thank you in advance for your answer,
All the best,
@ADuru it sounds like you might have a smooth scrolling script on your page or something of the sort that is not accounting for the new page height once the form loads.
Ok @stefen , i just try it and it was the smooth scroll ! Thank you very much for your help !
Have a good day ! ![]()
