We have a HubSpot account using the Wordpress integration. Over the past 8 months, the collected forms tool has been seamlessly integrating all form submissions into the HubSpot database. Last night, we launched 8 landing pages with these same forms, but the data is not integrating into HubSpot upon submission. These forms do have some javascript associated with them. I am not a developer, but I’ve read where java script can prevent the form data from integrating with HubSpot.
Is there a workaround or additional steps to take to ensure these forms are carried over. I am not sure if it helps, but I have listed the code associated with the pages below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
<script src=“https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/js-cookie@2/src/js.cookie.min.js"></script>
<script>
var myCookie = Cookies.get(‘pbb_userdata’);
var myCookieData = JSON.parse(myCookie);
$(document).ready(function() {
var mapWrapper = document.getElementById(‘map-wrapper’);
if (mapWrapper != null) {
var mapAddress = myCookieData.address1 + ’ ’ + myCookieData.address2 + myCookieData.city + ', ’ + myCookieData.state + ’ ’ + myCookieData.zip;
var mapCode = ‘<iframe width=“100%” height=“375px” frameborder=“0” src="VETRO’ + mapAddress + '&zoomControls=true&scrollZoom=true”></iframe>';
mapWrapper.innerHTML = mapCode;
}
});
$(document).on( ‘nfFormReady’, function() {
console.log(‘Form is ready’);
$(‘input[name=“address1”]’).val(myCookieData.address1);
$(‘input[name=“address2”]’).val(myCookieData.address2);
$(‘input[name=“city”]’).val(myCookieData.city);
$(‘select.statelist’).val(myCookieData.state);
$(‘input[name=“zip”]’).val(myCookieData.zip);
});
</script>
