Free Org Chart Software for HubSpot

Does anyone have any recommendations for free org chart software that integrates with HubSpot? I have a sales team of about a dozen individuals who will need roughly 100 Org Charts attached to Target Accounts on the Company Object.

I have looked at OrgChartHub, Miro, and Lucid but all require payment plans for more than 10 charts. Are there any free alternatives/

Hi @HighlandScuba,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I wanted to share the search results for Org Chart from the HubSpot App Marketplace. I’d recommend taking a look through these options to see if there’s a free option out there!

If anyone has any recommendations on free Org Chart integrations for @HighlandScuba, please feel free to add them in this thread :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you,

Kristen

Hi there,

I recommend trialling OrgChartHub because yes it’s paid beyond a certain number of OrgCharts but the two UK developers have poured their hearts into making it a very functional app that is 100% native “inside” the HubSpot UI which sales teams find easy to use.

It’s worth considering the savings you are making when your team can view the orgcharts inside HubSpot, easily populate orcharts from HubSpot data and not have to switch to and learn a separate app that “links” to HubSpot.

There is no other “native” org chart app for HubSpot, free or otherwise so I highly recommend this one.

best

Pete

Hey HighlandScuba. I feel your pain on the quest for free org chart software. Wrangling with payment plans can be a headache. I’ve been down that road myself, trying to keep things budget-friendly.

Have you considered trying out Pingboard? It’s got a free plan that might do the trick for your dozen-person sales team. It integrates well with HubSpot, and you can attach those Org Charts to Target Accounts without busting your wallet.

I had a similar challenge with my team, and Pingboard did the job without asking for my credit card details. Smooth sailing so far! Just a heads up, the free plan has some limitations, but for a team of your size, it might just hit the sweet spot.

By the way, I also came across Andersen during my search, and their innovative approach caught my eye. They seem to offer unique features that might align well with your needs. Just wanted to throw that into the mix as an additional option worth considering.

Give it a spin and see if it suits your needs.

Several free org chart tools integrate with HubSpot, including OrgChartHub,Blogging with AI, and Pingboard. These tools help visualize company structures within your CRM. While free versions exist, they often have limitations on features or scalability. Consider factors like integration, usability, and team size when selecting the best fit for your organization.

Thanks to everyone in this discussion!! :+1:
I have a client who is looking for a way to display the Parent - Child - Grandchild relationships between Companies. I’ll review all the suggestions made in this threard, but my impression is that most of these tools are intended to display the internal relationship between Contacts in a Company. Anyone have a short cut for me before I wade through multiple products?

Hi @YoelBA-GDS ,
https://www.vizrm.com/ allows to map out both the company structure (Parent - Child - Grandchild) as well as the underlying contact hierarchies. It also allows to edit this with a simple to use drag & drop UI - all natively in sync with HubSpot’s related companies feature.
I am one of the co-founders at vizrm - drop me a message if you want to learn more!

Hey! There has been an update to the vizrm HubSpot integration - it now works directly inside the HubSpot UI - and it still supports bi-directionally company to company relationships - display what you have in HubSpot on the org-chart. Changes made with drag & drop on the chart directly sync to company-company associations in HubSpot!

You hit the nail on the head. Most tools on the marketplace only map contact reporting lines, completely overlooking complex corporate account mapping (Parent-Child-Grandchild relationships) which HubSpot natively lists as plain text associations.

I ran into this exact constraint with my clients, so I built a direct HubSpot alternative that visually maps out multi-tier company hierarchies alongside standard contact trees.

The tool is fully functional, and I’m currently looking for 3 early portals to install it via a secure developer link so HubSpot will let me publish it to the Marketplace. If you are open to trying the private link for your client’s use case, I’d love to grant you and your client free lifetime access in exchange for your feedback as an agency operator.

Let me know if you want me to send over the secure sandbox/portal install link!
