When will OrgChart Hub be available? I see they were acquired by HubSpot and are not taking on new customers.

HubSpot hasn’t announced an official timeline yet for when org chart functionality will be available as a built-in feature.
OrgChartHub, which was recently acquired by HubSpot, is currently not accepting new customers:
For now, the best approach is to keep an eye on HubSpot’s updates and the Product Announcements page for any rollout news.

Hi @SandrineMayzou , The new native functionality is called “Buying Groups” , its now available for all Sales Hub Enterprise and Service Hub Enterprise customers. The link to the Public BETA is here.
As mentioned in OrgChartHub’s announcement, the tool is currently not available for new customers since their acquisition by HubSpot. They haven’t provided a timeline yet, so you’re not alone, many HubSpot users are eagerly waiting for updates.
I’d recommend keeping an eye on HubSpot’s Product Updates and announcement channels for any news on when org chart functionality will be fully integrated into the platform.

Hi @SeanGunter , vizrm is an alternative that has been around for a couple of years and just launched a HubSpot Integration - it provides drag & drop org-chart building fully integrated with HubSpot and a couple of other useful tools like a LinkedIn integration - you can get a free trial right now at https://www.vizrm.com/

Hi @MMeier1, since August I haven’t been able to use your product. The Setup wizard asks for some info (region, job etc.) but when clicking on Next I get “Ooops! It seems we have trouble getting the CRM users. Please try again or contact vizrm support.”. This hasn’t been fixed since I first tried last year and prevents us to go any further with your service.
Since HubSpot now integrates the OrgChart in an expensive plan, I’d expect you have a big market to take there?

We released a Public BETA for the new fully native version of OrgChartHub last month, it is called Buying Groups. There is a community post here with all the details including loom videos. It’s available to all Sales Hub Enterprise customers at the moment. I will make sure to continue to update this thread with any new details. HubSpot - Buying Groups
I decided to build a dedicated tool that adds a clean, multi-tier relationship tree right onto the HubSpot contact and company records.
To list it on the App Marketplace, HubSpot requires me to have 3 initial active installations via a private developer link to clear their verification checklist. If you’re still looking for a solution, I’d love to give you free lifetime access in exchange for being one of my 3 early testers.

@EJacques apologies, this sat here too long without an answer from me as I tried contacting you directly 
That error has been fixed since a long time and setup is working just fine - in the meantime we got listed on the HubSpot marketplace und you install via there: HubSpot Marketplace
We also rebuilt the HubSpot integration in June, so the org chart now opens on the HubSpot company record itself rather than in a separate app, and setup is a shorter path than the wizard you got stuck in.
If you’re willing to give it another go, I’ll set your account up myself and extend the trial so you have proper time to test it. You can reply here.
