Would be very helpful if inbound calls would be forwarded to multiple team members phones so that if one member can’t get to the phone, the next on can.
Would increase the standard of service and make sure no clients feel neglected and less time spent on returning calls and catching up.
Definitely needed for our application - single phone number to post to customers, multiple sales reps available to take the call.
Yes agree…have spent hours trying divert our oz number to our Hubspot number so we can each receive incoming calls only to discover cant be done. We will be looking for another solution and it wont be HUB Spot.
