We’re using HubSpot calling for outbound calls, which works very well. Although we’re looking for a solution to forward calls to other HubSpot users.
For example, our SDR is talking to a hot prospect which we want to forward immediately to our Closer, without having to call the prospect back.
In that way, a hot prospect will remain hot.
