I currently have two phone numbers in Hubspot but can only forward both numbers to one number
HS number: 617-xxx-xxxx
HS Number 781-xxx-xxxx
I would like to forward the 617 HS number to my Cell phone and the 781 Number to my business line. Why is this not an option?? Please add ASAP. thanks!
This is something our customers and/or companies we’ve been in talks with have highlighted as a “must have”, in order to truly benefit from HubSpot provided numbers. Forwarding calls to team members/other HS provided numbers based on specific weekdays (or similar criteria) would be highly valuable

Would like to highly advocate for this. We have our HubSpot call line set up as an emergency contact line. We need to have multiple numbers it can forward to to increase liklihood the call will go through.
Would love a way to forward calls based on the customer/lead calling and whomever has the lead or support for that company. A workflow per customer perhaps.
this would be very helpful, as in case of inbound calling if someone is not available, it should be forwarded to a group
I would love that, cause we are a sales team of 3 people and if something calls to our central, it should ring to everybody, so the first one can just take it.
Posting for the customer here. The call forwarding would be helpful especially if the users have to be away from their computers and this function would reduce customer friction
This would be big win for our phone office system, as our calls do need to be diverted to a different member of our sales team from the main office
