Hello everyone,
good morning/afternoon/evening.
i have a lot of tickets in HubSpot, when i export in bulk, the information of attachment couldn’t be downloaded, how can i export all acctacnments in bulk? it’s very important to me.
Hi @Jaylin,
This is unfortunately not possible natively through the HubSpot user interface. This would have to be done with the help of a developer, leveraging the HubSpot API – or manually, record per record.
This is unfortunately not possible at this stage. However, other users have requested this before for the contacts object: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/download-export-all-attachments-from-company-records-in-one-go/idi-p/713419
These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I’d recommend commenting and upvoting.
You can also help other HubSpot users find this request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I’d appreciate it, too.
Have a great day!
HubSpot’s standard export tools don’t let you download ticket attachments in bulk—exports of tickets or deals only include metadata, not the actual files. To get all your attachments at once, you have a couple of options. The first is to use the Files tool in HubSpot: go to Content > Files, then use the “Export all files (ZIP)” option to get a download link for every file stored in your account. However, this method exports all files, not just those attached to tickets, so you’ll need to match files to tickets manually if you want only those attachments. For a more targeted export, you’d need to use the HubSpot API to programmatically fetch attachments linked to tickets—this is what most teams do when migrating or backing up large numbers of files. If you’re not comfortable with APIs or don’t have a developer handy, there isn’t a built-in, one-click solution right now.
To make this process easier and keep everything organized, a lot of teams use tools like Superjoin to automate data pulls from HubSpot into Google Sheets, then use scripts or workflows to match and download attachments in bulk. This way, you can streamline the export, avoid manual work, and keep your ticket data and files together for analysis or migration.
