Download Attachments Related to Deals, Companies etc.

Hi,

I want to download all the attachments related to the Deals, Companies, Contacts etc.

I know its possible using API but is there any better alternative, time-saving native solution provided by the Hubspot to download all the attachments related to each Deals, Companies, Contacts etc.

HubSpot doesn’t have a quick way to bulk download attachments. Right now, the only built-in option is to manually download files from each deal, company, or contact record.

If you want to speed things up without using the API, you could try File Manager Integrations – Tools like Dropbox, Google Drive, or Zapier can help sync and manage attachments automatically.

But honestly, if you need to download everything at once, the API is still your best bet for automation.
