We report monthly on the views of the articles and it would be great if we could export this data. Along with exporting the searched terms so that we can analyze it.
Check out this workaround by @Jnix284 to add your insights data to a dashboard and export that dashboard. Otherwise, I can absolutely see the value of exporting the data directly from the KB insights page -- I encourage you to consider creating a post on our Ideas Forum here. That’s not an acceptable solution. That just embeds the insights page into the dashboard. I need to export the search terms so that we can analyze it and optimize the keywords of our articles.
