When I make a follow up call on a “call task” in a task queue the save task is Save and Close Call Task as the default but in order to have a follow up task I have to create one before saving. In addition the follow up task is default a “To-Do” task and can’t be changed.
1. we need to be able to modify the task type.
2. It would be ideal to have the default save be. "Log Call, Complete Task and Create Follow up task which pops a window to modify the task type, date and time.
My recommendation is have the developer make 20 calls with this tool and then figure out out how to remove all the clicks. Every task is about creating closed loops. If I make a call… what happened on the call, record that I made the call and what is my next step.
