It would improve efficiency and overall workflow if when completing a call to a prospct we had an option to select the type of follow up task. Right now the default is only a “to-do” follow up task, but it would be great if we could either select “call” or set that as our default. Curently the only way to do that is to create the follow up task as a “to-do” then go back and manually edit each one.
