Raising this for a customer here.
Currently, HubSpot does not create records for incoming calls - we would need an external integration for that.
Once we allow incoming calls, can we enable creation of contacts from phone numbers automatically as well? This way, we can tag incoming calls to the contact record.

+1 Not sure what the use case would be for NOT creating an inbound call as a contact record.
I understand this can’t be handled by a workflow chatting with support. I still need to dig into this or a custom dev solution to make this happen.
