This feature would be very useful for our field agents. When somebody calls you can already identify them when enabling the caller ID functionality but there is not way to pop up the call notes and log the call to the contact record. The only way is to do it manually.

Were you able to find any solution to do this within HubSpot. I know something that works like this but it needs a quick integration.

lets make this happen. Should be fairly easy to code and the uptick is huge.
