Please allow super admins to archive any native property they know their portal will never use. Native properties do not need to be permanently deletable, but they should be removable from active views and property lists so users and admins don’t have to keep seeing irrelevant fields.
A better model would be:
- custom properties can remain archivable and permanently deletable after 90 days
- HubSpot-native properties should be archivable only, never permanently deleted, and restorable at any time (like some are already permitted, but not all)
- if a native property is required internally by HubSpot, admins should still be able to archive it from the UI so it no longer creates clutter
This would make property management much cleaner for super admins and reduce noise in portals that are intentionally not using certain HubSpot-managed features, such as some ad-related properties. As one example, it is annoying to not be able to archive native properties in the Facebook Ad group if we are fully committed to NEVER using Facebook ads!
