I’m using the free plan and have a question
I only get a notification when an email is opened the first time. What happens when the email is opened more than once/multiple times? Wouldn’t therer be notifications each time the email is opened or clicked?
But i only get an alert once. (desktop notification)

I believe that HubSpot will only show the notification once, but you can see the raw count of opens on the contact record as time goes on, but also in the activity feed within the extension or HubSpot inside the “Bell” icon.

Hi Bryan,
I have a weird issue while using hubspot with outlook. When I open a sent email from my sent items, I get a noticfication that the email was opened too.
Its difficult to understand if I opened or the recipient opened it.
In the attached screenshot, At 5.13 I opened the email. also at 11.50 when I sent the email, I opened it from my sent items and it recorded it . I dont think it should be recording when I open it right ?
