Emails Not Tracking and or Logging

We use outlook and chrome and hubspot is the only extension. Some emails track but dont log and some don’t do either. There doesn’t seem to be any reasoning behind it. Does anyone have a fix?

Could you check these steps? Additionally, maybe check the never log list: Exclude recipients from CRM email and meeting logging
