I’m wanting to delete email templates ut I am not the owership of it and it keeps tellig me that I need to delete the sequeces. I cannot do it, does someone know how to fix this?
I don’t have sales so I think the other person that had owership of it had it. ut that person I can no longer get ahold of. I’m trying to make new email templates ut I only can make 5 and its all used up.

This usually comes down to ownership and permissions, not anything you’re doing wrong.
Email templates can’t be deleted if they’re still being used in Sequences, and only users with access to Sales tools (or the sequence owner / a Super Admin) can view or delete those sequences. Even if you don’t have Sales Hub now, templates created in the past may still be tied to sequences owned by another user, including someone who has since left the company.
To fix this, you’ll need help from a Super Admin in your account.
