Hi! How do I create an email sequence for potential clients who are not in the same timezone as we are? eg: We are in India and we want to reach out to potential clients in the US.

When enrolling a contact in a sequence, you can specify the timezone and send times of the email. If I understand your request correctly, that should solve your query:

Have you reviewed my screenshot? You can choose the time zone of the recipient and then specify a time of the day.
