1. This is an update to sequences

2. Set the timezone for a particular sequence in the sequence settings

3. For users targeting multiple regions they can build sequences specific to that region and know that the timezone is correct whenever they enrol contacts. It takes a manual check out of the process of enrolling contacts, because despite setting the Account to a particular timezone it doesn’t always default to that timezone when enrolling contacts.

4. Other email sequence tools allow you to build different timezone based schedules for each sequence

A very necessary feature. If i have set a particular timezone for a sequence it should ideally send all emails and following tasks in the same timezone

1st, I should be able to set different sequences for different timezones. Thats how even Outreach does it.

Yes, this a basic must have feature!!! This should be prioritised.

We tired for editing the timezone of the sequnce in multiple places like Settings → General & Settings → Users → Preferences but nothing works.

Later realized once you create a sequence & select a timezone while enrolling a contact.

It automatically saves the timezone we used before, we don’t need to break your head like me in search of settings to change the timezone.

Also, you can’t use the same sequence to send emails to multiple timezones unless you change in manually while trigerring those emails.

- So it’s better to have separate sequences for separate timezones
