After a fifteen-minute session with your live chat-support I was forwarded to the HubSpot community. I recently completed the course “INBOUND”, and was rewarded with the exam certificate. I completed all the steps in the course and gratuated the exam as well.
But even after completing the entire course, I’m still not able to create a directory profile. The button itself under Build and publish your profile > Create is greyed out, and asks me to complete the INBOUND course before I can continue.
Have any of you tried that? And what did you do to get past it?

I am also getting the same issue. I have also completed the course “INBOUND”, and was rewarded with the exam certificate. I also completed all the steps but still not able to create a directory profile.
The second step “Build and publish your profile” is showing grey not clickable.
