Inbound Certification completed but “Create profile” still disabled on Solutions Directory

On the Solutions Directory Profile page, Step 1 “Complete INBOUND Certification course” is done. I passed the Inbound exam with a score of 60/60 and have an active Inbound Certified certificate.

However, Step 2 “Build and publish your profile” is still disabled and I can’t click Create profile.

Can someone from HubSpot check that my Inbound certification completion is being recognized correctly for this portal and enable Step 2 so I can create my Solutions Directory profile?
