Hi, I’ve completed the Inbound certification in this HubSpot account, and the certification belongs to Andrew Cox. My agency is Reactive and based on HubSpot’s documentation, an Inbound-certified agency should be able to create a public Solutions Directory profile via Partner > Directory Profile.
However, I can’t find Partner > Directory Profile anywhere in this account, even though this is the only HubSpot account I use and the certification is completed here. I want to create a Solutions Directory listing for Reactive. As I was promised before I started with the certificate.

@Reactive Thank you. The HubSpot Solutions Directory, will only show to HubSpot Solutions Partner and unfortunately this is not a partner account which is why it will not be available in this portal.

Hi, thank you for your reply. On your website here: Create a HubSpot Solutions Directory profile
Member of HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program or an agency that’s Inbound Certified, you can create a profile with your company information to share publicly on HubSpot’s Solutions Directory. That is the reason we spend hours completing the Inbound Certificate.
In this case, your website is quite misleading. I also asked the chatbot to make sure I was not completing the certificate for no reason (please see the attached screenshot), and it confirmed that if I completed the Inbound Certificate, I would receive access to the Directory.
Based on this information, I spent time completing the certificate, so I would appreciate clarification on this matter.

I’ve been working with @APernell, as well as our internal team, to clarify the expectations here. The team has confirmed that at this time, only partner accounts can create a directory profile.
Given that the language in our knowledge base article is misleading, I’ve submitted an internal request for this to be updated to avoid confusion in the future.
