I created a field Disposition Type which is a drop down. I want this to be required when closing any ticket in HubSpot. Can you guide me how can I create a workflow to check if the ticket is ready to be closed and show users a pop-up to select one option from drop-down?

I tried this approach and to some extent it was good. Is there an Option to select Mandatory Fields to select on the left sidebar before closing a ticket. This would improve filling out ticket information and better reporting.

Not in the left sidebar, no, only within the options outlined in the article: “To require a value for a property, select the checkbox in the Required column (Starter, Professional or Enterprise only). When a property is required, users won’t be able to create a ticket in that status unless they enter a value for that property.”
