Hey Nicole, I passed the exam and got my certification too but the name given is wrong. It should be Jithin George but its showing Jithin David. Why like that?

We pull your name directly from the name that’s being set in set in your profile & preferences settings in the portal. Would you go into your portal and update your name? You can access the settings by going to Settings> General> Profile.
Once you’ve done this, will you kindly let me know which course you’d like me to regenerate the certificate?
