I want to change my old name

Hello HubSpot Academy Support,

I recently passed the HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification exam with a score of 58/60 on August 17, 2026.

However, the name displayed on my certificate is incorrect. I have already corrected my first and last name in my HubSpot account profile, but the certificate still shows the old/incorrect name.

Could you please help me update the name on my certificate and reissue the certificate with my correct name?

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. I can also provide my HubSpot account email and Hub ID if needed.

Happy to jump in here!

  1. Click the profile picture (top right) in the HubSpot account → Profile & Preferences

  2. Update the First name and Last name fields, then Save

  3. Then clear your cache by following these steps

  4. Then go to the Academy dashboard → My learning tab → Completed in the sidebar

  5. Click View certification — the updated name should now show (give it a few minutes and refresh if not)
