​To the HubSpot Support Team,

​I have recently completed the “Sales Hub Software Certification,” but unfortunately, my name is not appearing correctly on the certificate; it shows up as blank boxes instead of my English name.

​I have already updated my profile name to English, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in updating and fixing the name on my certificate?

Welcome to the community and thanks for reaching out here!

I can definitely help with that! To get your desired name on your certificate, simply update your name in your HubSpot User Account settings. The certificate will automatically update once you update the name on your User Profile.
