I noticed a post that you can CC someone on a template or in a sequence but the insturctions were not valid, anyone else figure out how to do it?
You can specify a sequence-wide cc and/or bcc address on the Confirm step of your sequence or the Settings tab if your sequence has already been activated.Sep 27, 2022
@RPellegrino This is a function that is currently being reviewed, you can check its status here. I know this is a big pain point for a lot of HubSpot users.

This has been an ongoing conversation since 2017 and the last comment from HS was February 2021. They really move quickly to address things.
We attempted a workaround by having the sequence start with a task to send an email (so then you have to manually send each email). Works though not ideal. Would be much better to be able to CC directly in the email in the sequence
Many users will undoubtedly be pleased when this feature is implemented. And me, of course.
