Reporting certification, lesson Identifying Flywheel Insights, exercise Explore Your HubSpot Analytics. Start exercise spins, shows a check, then returns to Start exercise and shows “We couldn’t start your practical exercise. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact us.”
Other completed exercises in this course still open Academy Practice Mode. This lesson does not.
Tested in Safari, including a private window, and in Chrome. Same error in both. Also refreshed, logged out, and logged back in. In-app chat said this has to be reset by Academy and sent me here.
Please reset this exercise so it can launch. I am signed into this community with the same email as my HubSpot account.

Thanks for flagging this. We’ve seen several reports of Academy certifications not loading, and we’re looking into it with the team now. We’ll update this thread as soon as we hear back!
