Hello!
I just completed my HubSpot Reporting Certification yesterday, but today I received a notification "Sorry. You didn’t pass the `Explore Your HubSpot Analytics` exercise this time." There is no information as to what I did incorrectly.
I followed the instructions to view the worksheet and looked through all the questions. I am not sure if I was supposed to answer each of them.
I am on the free trial and don’t have access to a ‘live’ HubSpot account due to unemployment. For that reason, there are only a handful of records and only one page (with only 5 views). I don’t have any blog posts or social accounts connected.
For that reason, I do not have access to real data where I can answer questions like “Which pages are converting best?”, “Which email campaigns are most popular with your audience?”, or “What was the return on investment (ROI)?”.
I really want to complete this, especially since my trial ends in only 4 days. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for looking into this matter.

I understand that you are currently using a free trial account. Please let me know if that’s not the case.
If you need features that are usually in paid accounts, I’d suggest that you continue using free trials for these tools.
As for the practical exercises, if it helps, you can ask for a section-by-section breakdown of your score. Here is how: " Academy certifications | Frequently Asked Questions ".
Regarding the questions where you don’t have access to real data, I’d suggest to search on the HubSpot Community for similar topics or to look in HubSpot resources.

I did look through the Frequently Asked Questions but I don’t believe I need a breakdown of my score, as I was not able to fill in the worksheet at all.
Correct, I am using the free trial, it expires in 3 days. I understand how to do the things in the articles you suggested.
The problem is that the questions on the "Explore Your HubSpot Analytics" exercise are as follows:
In Marketing Hub, navigate to each tool and their corresponding performance pages. What new insights can you find about your ads, forms, social posts, CTAs, and pages?
If you’re a Sales or Service Hub user, navigate to Sales or Service analytics and spend time reviewing each report and filtering option. The exact way you choose to subset your data will largely depend on your reporting question.
Because I am not an actual user of Marketing Hub, Sales, or Service. I’m on the free trial and have no data to look at to answer questions on the worksheet like “What was the average deal size and conversion rate of the sales team?” or “Which ads have led to the highest clicks to contacts conversion rates?”
My Marketing Hub data has 0 pages, 0 clicks, 0 deals in the sales hub.
I hope that explains my situation better. Please let me know what I can do to complete this exercise. Thank you again.
