Dear HubSpot team,
When protoclling a call in the web-version it is possible to select the direction of the call (inbound, outbound). This is a very useful information for reporting.
However in the mobile app this is not possible. Could you take that into consideration, please?

I had to set a meeting/call type in settings to be selected.

Hi Friends! Hoping to have it so that inbound calls ring the mobile app and that availability is predicated on mobile app status as well. Inbound calling without this feature lacks a lot of potential.
Would be great if there was an option for incoming calls to ring on both the browser and on the mobile phone. Or at least an option for a call to go to the mobile phone when not picked up in the browser.
It’s critical that sales reps can pick up incoming calls when not at their desk or after hours, and having to go into the settings every time or at the end of every day is a pain!

There is not an ETA yet for when this will be available, but as soon as we have one, it will be shared right on this post. Please continue to leave feedback in the meantime, and thanks for your patience so far. 
We really want to switch over to you as our calling provider. However, we need a better experience for inbound calling.
Particularly when reps are on the move, and away from their computer. They need to be able to answer inbound calls from the mobile app (Without having it open).
This feature is critical, hope you can help us out!
