To complete the course I need to “create a property” for the practical exercise, but I don’t have that option available in my free account. What can I do?
Hello @stamura you must have Edit property settings permissions to create or edit properties. The number of custom properties you can create depends on your HubSpot subscription.
If you downgrade to HubSpot’s free tools, you can view and edit existing custom properties but cannot create new properties if you already exceed the limit. Looks like you had downgraded. I would recommend in this case creating a new HubSpot free account to associate this exercise. If you are a user that has access to multiple HubSpot accounts, you can switch between your HubSpot accounts after logging in.
