Who do I need to speak with to get this increased?

It is not so mich that you need to speak to anyone, you simply hit the limit within your current subscription and would have to upgrade to a higher subscription with higher limits. You can do so self service by following the steps in-app or via the HubSpot pricing pages. You can of course also talk to HubSpot sales via the pricing page.
