I’m trying to get the certificate, but when I got to HubSpot Reporting Certification Practicum I found that I have two different exercises, one is this LINK which can be found in the main view of the lesson, but then if you go to resources there is this slightly different exercise.
Then when you move to submit your practicum it asks for a URL which the first exercise never mentions but it does mention that you need to create a dashboard on the exercise that is on the resources of the lesson.
So I’m confused about which exercise I need to do and upload.
Also, I do not want to use the data of the company I work for. Where can I find the sample data reports to use on the exercise?

Thank you for reaching out to HubSpot Support! I’m happy to help out with this. There are two different resources for the different subscriptions of the portal. The second link is for Free and trial users. If you are not one of those subscriptions then you would want to continue on the first link.
Here is a another Community post that you can use sample data for a report.

Just another question.
In the lesson “Managing your Business data in hubspot” there is a practical exercise to create a custom property. I don’t have those permissions in my company so I cannot do the exercise.
Is there any alternative to completing this exercise? Can I still get the certification if I cannot complete this exercise?

Unfortunately you would need to complete this exercise in order to complete the certification. Is your super admin able to grant you permission for the time being and then change it back after? Or you can create a free account with the same email and complete the exercise on the free account.
