I just imported hundrets of notes to companies. I can not bulk edit the notes (as they are no propertry). Is there any chance to somehow bulk delete them or reverse the import?

Unfortunately, there currently isn’t any out-of-the-box feature for that. This would have to be done via API. It’s pretty well documented but requires some technical understanding: Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot
Other users have already requested that this is made easier: Bulk delete Notes. I’d recommend upvoting the idea and commenting with your use case. The product team evaluates the requests based on popularity.
