How can I delete all my existing notes for all contacts and companies?

As of now, I cannot see any direct way to delete all the notes for contacts and companies.

I found this suggestion in the Ideas forum — Bulk Delete Notes. I hope this will help

Hi @SSingh822,

  1. Navigate to Menu → CRM → Contacts
  2. In the top left corner, use the dropdown to switch to Notes

  1. Follow these steps to delete all notes: Delete CRM records (check box in the top left corner, then use deletion option in the menu)
