Bot Chat has an option to connect with agents, but it doesn’t have an option to show the Wait Time message. This is a major flaw and would like to see this added in the near future.

The bot can tell the customers they are being transferred along with displaying a message saying there may be a waiting time, but there is no clear evidence the customer can see on their end to confirm they are in a queue.
