HubSpot desperately needs to improve the integration of Outlook with HubSpot in terms of sync’ing between the two. It won’t automatically create recurring meetings in Outlook. If you have to cancel a meeting it will not remove it from the Contact record. Meeting Type and Meeting Outcome doesn’t sync or carry over to recurring meetings. I’ve seen these things suggested like serveral years ago, and no updates have been made that I can find. Also if HubSpot wants us to really use the system, we MUST improve the functionality so that we’re not dupliating efforts of the user. It’s one of our complaints from our team.
Hopefully someone is looking at this! Definitely a big Roadblock in terms of getting user buy-in.
