suggest you update the syncing w/ HubSpot for recurring meetings in Outlook, Google Calendar, etc., so that all the recurring meetings show up in HubSpot, not just the first instance or edited instances.
Absolutely!! I think if the meeting is a recurring meeting and you select Meeting Type, it should carry over to all scheduled meetings as well. Recurring meetings is a spot where I believe HubSpot falls short as we encourage our team to keep their meetings synced to HS. Either sync with your calendar or on the meeting in HS, you add a selection for recurring or not, and how often it recurs. Similar to Outlook.
As a Customer Success Manager, I book recurring meetings all the time. I have quarterly business reviews with most of our customers, but these meetings don’t show up in HS at all. If we can’t see these meetings in HS, it’s very hard to keep track of when we were last in contact with the customer, and we also can’t see upcoming meetings. Booking meetings one by one is very time-consuming, and it’s easy to forget to book the next one after each meeting.
