Currently, we have our operations team working in HubSpot when they have an issue they create a ticket via the manual Jira integration. It would be amazing if we could automate that with a workflow. For example, the moment a but HubSpot ticket is put in a “Bug pipeline” it immediately creates a ticket on Jira to be worked on by the developer team. This would save us a tremendous amount of time and allow users to focus on their respective areas of work instead of wasting time on manual steps.

I’m happy to report that you can now seamlessly create new issues directly from HubSpot using a Workflow. This helps to create a more seamless experience for your teams and reduces turnaround time for your client to have their issues resolved.
Using ticket-based workflow, you can set the enrollment triggers that you would like to create a Jira. Once enrollment triggers are defined, select ‘create Jira issue’ from the workflow action. Each time this workflow is triggered, a new issue will automatically be created directly in HubSpot and associated with the relevant HubSpot Ticket
This is now available for all Service Hub Professional & Enterprise customers.
