The new updates (August 2025) to the chrome extension logging have a bug:
I have log and track disabled by default, yet it still always adds the hubspot BCC to any replies without my explicit permission.
This is REALLY bad, I only want to log certain emails and only when I explicitly go and tick the “log” box.
For now I added select domains to the “never track” list but you have to fix this asap and remove pre-selected automatic logging if I have my defaults to “do not log” and “do not track”.

I understand that after the August 2025 Chrome extension update, emails are being logged automatically even when “log” and “track” are set to off by default.
Can you please confirm that you have followed the steps here to turn off automatic ‘log’ and ‘tracking’ within the Chrome Extension?
With that being said, can you also confirm that you have updated your Chrome browser as well - steps here!
