Hello, I created 50 association labels Contact-to-Contact, now I want to use the same labels for the Deal-to-Contact association, but the program is not giving an opportunity, telling me that I should Enter a unique internal name value.

Please, help to identif

Hi @TSajaia,

I’ll ask the obvious question: Have you used “sister” as a label for contact-contact? If so, that would explain the error message.

Hi, thank you for replying. Yes, one of the labels needs to be a sister. Could you please clarify your conclusion?

@TSajaia if “sister” is already in use, the conclusion would be that you need to find a different label than “sister” for this new association label.

Sure. That is not very convenient, because why Deal-to-Contact cannot have the same relation, and consequently association label as Contact-to-Contacts in database. Thanks

@TSajaia I don’t disagree but for now, it unfortunately is what it is. You can request a change under HubSpot Ideas: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

For now, the solution would be to choose a different label.
