I created 50 association labels Contact-to-Contact, now I want to use the same labels for the Deal-to-Contact association, but the program is not giving an opportunity, telling me that I should Enter a unique internal name value. Consequently, it would be great to use already created labels for other
object associations like Contact-to-Deal; Deal-to Deal etc.

This is useful especially when creating a power grid of authority and influence, ie. NANI, ANI, AI, NAI. Or with MEDDICC like labelling a champion or economic buyer in a deal, and thus becomes a champion or economic buyer in a company.
