I work for a software company so I occasionally need to share snippets of code with colleagues and clients. I would like to be able to insert code samples to notes and conversations/emails. Very much like I’m easily able to insert code in this forum 
To my knowledge this is not yet possible (or is it)?

I do not believe this is possible at this time, but I love the idea. I’d recommend adding this to the ideas forum. I wasn’t able to find anything specific to this already posted.

We would love to use this in a customer support setting. Use case is a SaaS company emailing SQL instructions to a customer.

we are also trying to implement HS Service Hub as a ticket system and rely heavily on exchanging code snippets. by any chance, did you find any solution that allows you to have code markdown in hubspot helpdesk?

We still use Freshdesk. It’s a pity HubSpot doesn’t allow you to do that. Funnily enough, in this forum, I can add
code block
This is exactly what we’d need to consider migrating our support desk to HubSpot.
