Allow Multiple Users to Book Same Meeting Time

We’re looking for a feature to allow multiple users to book the same meeting time. In our use-case, this is for our new staff to book an onboading meeting at a set time (eg Tuesday or Thursday morning). This would work similar to booking a webinar and allowing others to sign up.

We treat our recruiters as sales people, so this feature would allow any sales team member to allow multiple contacts to book a demo.

How does HubSpot allow customers to book webinars? Will this technology be available to us? Calendly has this ability, and we’re trying hard to not have to go back to them for this one feature.

We really want to see this feature rolled out soon!

Yes!! We really need the option to allow more than one person schedule at the same time on a meeting. This is an essential calendar function. Calendly did a great job of allowing us to do this.
For our events in March, we are having to use a different calendar platform. It’s frustrating.

This option would be immensely important to be able to book group onboardings! Currently with having to book individual onboardings it is a time constraint to booking interviews and accomplish passive recruitment efforts. With 10-20 onboardings currently booked in a week and being able to condense it down to 2-4 meetings times a week I believe our recruitment could almost double our capacity in a short amount of time.

So often HubSpot rolls out these features that are “equivalent” to third party offerings but lack some of the core features…

Just like Marcy said, we are considering going back to Calendly as this devalues the offering from HubSpot.

Super important for us as well. We need to be able to create meetings that multiple people can book in to on a calendar.

I would love to see this feature as I want to be able to invite multiple people to standing lunches so they can see what places are open then book if there is an open spot. It would need the control to limit number of guests though so wont appear if full.

Hi Hubspot team, has there been any progress with this feature?
It would be super helpful to have multiple people be able to book a meeting at the same time, without having to change the calendar invite to ‘free’ after each person books.

For further context on the above, an example of how we would intend to use this feature is for offering a link for people to book a trial day (for example), and we want to share 1x meeting link but have several people (different prospects) be able to book the same time slot.

Bumping this! Our program has a weekly call wherein any client can join so this feature would be very helpful.

Yes, please. This would simplify our workflows and save time. How is this not a thing yet??

Jumping in to give this a very strong +1 to this ask. It would be amazing if we could have a link to share with clients for group new user trainings so we can reach more clients faster. It seems like Calendly has this functionality and I’m considering it, since the pain of having a non-HubSpot link for group trainings may be enough to bear if I can scale my client trainings more effectively.
