Hi HubSpot team,
It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to host true group meetings within the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler, where multiple contacts can book the same time slot and receive access to the same Zoom or Google Meet link.
Currently, even when the meeting type is set to “Group,” the first person to book a slot automatically makes that time unavailable for anyone else. This limits the ability to host open Zoom sessions, onboarding calls, or mastermind-style meetings where several participants are meant to join the same call.
Why this matters:
- This feature is already offered by tools like Calendly and Doodle.
- Many users have shifted to HubSpot Meetings to streamline their workflow and avoid third-party apps.
- Being able to scale calls without manual intervention or external tools would save time and enhance the native meeting experience.
- The current “Allow guests” workaround relies on the initial registrant to invite others, which is not reliable.
