It is extremely frustrating that my accounts were deleted without any notice. I was logged out, and when I tried to log in again, I was directed to a new account setup page, resulting in the loss of all my data. I did not receive any error messages or emails explaining the reasons for this action.
My first deleted account was registered with hello@atlas-platform.pro, in my second attempt it was: szabolcs@emich.hu, after the second case I’ve created an account again with szabolcs@emich.hu and it’s totally empty.
The support couln’t help, so I’m here now. How I can find out more about what happened?
