Usually all the cf7 entries get captured in our free hubspot account. but on the 15th of march a cf7 entry is not captured, i tried to look if the account already exists with email and mobile number. There was no account. can someone help why this could have happened?

Are you referring to Contact Form 7 integration? Are you following the steps outlined on this knowledge base here?
To use the non-HubSpot forms tool, you must install the HubSpot tracking code on your external page or use the HubSpot WordPress plugin. Once the tracking code is added and the tool is turned on, submissions to non-HubSpot forms will be collected in HubSpot.
